Little Remy is a rat that grows together with his father and his big family on the edge of Paris. But it is different from the others, because it has a perfect sense of smell and truly refined taste for food - like a real gourmet. He longs to experiment with really high -quality ingredients, tastes and aromas, simply cook. One day, when he steals food, he inadvertently separates from his family and gets right in front of the restaurant of the best chef Gusteau. He makes friends with his son Linguini, who is a culinary. They join their forces and become a cooking legend. But in the way they stand the famous and very insidious critic of restaurants - Anton Ego.
