Improv theater is teamwork – usually. In solo improvisation you become visible as an individual. You get all your ideas from yourself.
What happens when I'm on my own? How can I improvise solo? Can I fill a room alone? Can I get enough ideas from myself? Am I enough for myself?
The focus in this presence workshop is on your personality and your strengths. In this workshop I create a safe space and guide you step by step to your solo improvisation. There is no reference - you are your own benchmark for your solo creativity.
In these 2 days you will immerse yourself in the world of solo improvisation. With simple exercises and forms of play, you will try out what creativity emerges from you, what stories you encounter, what characters move you, and what forms of expression correspond to you. You discover your strengths and possibilities in a playful way. Give yourself this freedom and let your “Rampensau” run wild.
The target group for this workshop is all people who want to engage with themselves in a playful and courageous way. Improv theater experience is helpful but not a requirement. Basic physical mobility is beneficial. The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 10 participants. So register in good time!
Min 4 participants - max. 8 participants Management: Roland Trescher Time and duration: 2 days, Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Level Practitioner: You need little or no experience with improv theater here.
