Radůza

Radůza and her band will perform at the Dobeška Theatre, where they will present a cross-section of their work to date.

Radůza, in the year of her round jubilee, has decided to take stock and is releasing a double album called Bylo bylo, which contains a selection of the most successful songs she has composed during the thirty years of her musical career. Radůza can accompany herself on several musical instruments, her singing is thunderous, but she also gently tells touching stories.

Her artistic career resembles some "fairy tale" biographies. Zuzana Navarová discovered her on the street in 1993, and for three days she sang in the sanctuary of Czech singers, in Prague's Lucerna. A few weeks later, she triumphed here as the "front runner" for the famous American singer-songwriter Susanne Vega, and six years later she had the same honor at a Mike Oldfield concert. Since then, she has released several very successful solo albums that break sales records without any advertising, won several Golden Angels and also scored in the Golden Nightingale poll. Thanks to her original songs, drawing primarily from the Czech tradition, she also attracted audiences abroad, for example in Poland and France.
