Better to go crazy in the wild
r. Miro Remo
Czech Republic/Slovakia, 2024, 82 min., original text, MP15
Franta and Ondra, eternal children, indistinguishable twins, living in a magical world together with their pets. Together they share every day, every routine, every thought. Mirrors on the outside, but two completely different souls on the inside. The years of inseparable coexistence are growing over their heads.
The documentary film based on Aleš Palán's book was awarded the Crystal Globe at the Karlovy Vary IFF and won the Czech Lion in the categories Best Documentary Film, Best Camera and Best Editing.
