PYT Advanced: Metamorphoses

A modern retelling of Ovid's ancient myths adapted for the National Youth Theatre.

The play weaves together a series of stories of transformation in which gods, humans and nature collide in a poetic and powerful way. These stories deal with themes of love, power, revenge and change, emphasizing the fluidity of identity and the consequences of human actions. Characters from classical mythology are reimagined in a contemporary setting, making ancient themes resonate with modern audiences.
