Psychológia koučovania systémov

If coaches (mentors, consultants, counselors, therapists...) work with people in organizations, with couples, with families, with teams, departments..., they work with a system. Working with systems and systems thinking/paradigm has its specificities. Therefore, it is useful to understand how to intervene in systems using coaching competencies. This is an opportunity to know how.

During five months, participants will experience 10 days of experiential work, 5 interactive webinars and receive 5 theoretical videos on the topics of practical workshops.

Topics? Working with an individual, or how to coach a role in a system. Working with a dyad, or how to coach a relationship and interactional dynamics. Working with a family or team, or how to coach a small system as a whole with its own structure and dynamics. Working with an organizational system, or how to coach a complex system.

The psychology of coaching systems is an opportunity to get to know multiple approaches and their potential, theory, methods and techniques. Structural, strategic, experiential, transgenerational, systemic-psychodynamic, but also narrative approach.

The program will teach you how to "think" and how to "act" in accordance with the attitude of the coach, the competencies of the coach and system/systemic thinking in the full breadth and depth of their tradition.
