About event
A tragicomic production with elements of satire, The Primes, set in the setting of a communication workshop, follows a group of very different characters who try - often very unsuccessfully - to establish real communication. A dynamic collage of dialogues, absurd situations and quick cuts between individual pairs reveals how easily people pass each other in their own worlds.
The performance combines humor, chaos and moments of vulnerability and works with the principle of "prime numbers" as a metaphor for human isolation. Each character is unique, self-contained, yet part of a common system.
The prime numbers are a playful and disturbing probe into contemporary communication – about the need to be heard and how difficult it is to really listen.
Played by:
Daniel Štibich, Jana Polanská, Klára Viktorová, Michal Nedbal, Miroslav Kučera, Simona Velčovská, Sonja Vojvodic, Vladyslava Klyhina, Zuzana Bláhová
Director:
Kristína Oríšková
