Professional training: Purpose, richting en bevlogenheid

During this training you will discover your personal motivations, talents and purpose.

Purpose at work is essential to stay motivated, give your best and feel satisfied in the long term. It also has a huge impact on the quality of our daily lives. The good news: it comes from within and therefore from yourself. The bad news: motivation can't be provided by someone else. In this training you will look for what motivates you and think about how you can find that more in your work.

In this training you will:

• Discover your drives and motivation in the work area
• Develop a vision for the future
• Formulate clear personal goals
• Apply a balance based on your values
• Create an action plan to translate your purpose into your life and your work.

After the training:

• You have a clear focus: you know what your purpose is and how you remain authentic. Within your organization, but also beyond it
• Are you aware of your values
• Do you have a clear vision for the future
• Do you know what motivates you
• Do you know how to keep that motivation alive
• Do you have a clear action plan with which you can live your purpose
