In this training you consider the way in which you start the conversation in your work.

In this training:

• Gain insights into your strength and pitfalls (verbal and non-verbal) of the way you communicate with colleagues
• You gain insight into different ways of listening
• you gain insight into the way you have exhausted
• Develop your confidence in your own capacity to exert influence

After training:

• You are able to express your interests, ideas and feelings in a clear way during conversations, meetings and creative sessions. Listening
• You can optimally match your conversation partner (s) and therefore effectively contribute during one-to-one conversations and meetings
• you can express yourself stronger, convince your colleagues and influence situations at work. 
• You can indicate your limits and ask for help when you need them.
