Proč se nám líbí ruiny. Přednáška

In our culture it appears gradually and a number of motifs or motivations have joined the formation of our admiration. The ruins have become a distinctive and admired aesthetic object, but also the subject of philosophical considerations. They have become (and are) aim of roads, but in the case of their lack they were artificially built. Their phenomenon stood at the birth of practice and theory of monument care, at the same time still represents a problem for it to this day - aren't the ruins actually just a temporary state before restoration? What and how to save from the ruins? To what extent is the repair of the ruin destruction? And isn't today's time a testimony to the decline of admiration for ruins?
