Proč nás vlastní mysl někdy brzdí
Why our own mind sometimes holds us back
Event by: Jakub Jaeger
Location: Palace YMCA, Na Poříčí 1041, Praha 1
About event
Many capable people operate at high performance for a long time. Yet they repeatedly find themselves overwhelmed, under internal pressure or feeling that they have to constantly push more than is sustainable in the long term.
Why does this happen, even when we know what we "should" be doing differently?
In this interactive workshop, we will look at how the so-called internal saboteurs work - automatic mental patterns that affect our energy, decision-making, relationships and the way we lead people.
The workshop is primarily intended for:
- managers
- entrepreneurs and business owners
- HR professionals
- people who work in a performance environment and are looking for a more sustainable and authentic way of working
During the workshop:
- you will better understand your reactions under pressure
- recognize patterns that increase stress and they take energy
- you will experience practical exercises and work in groups
- you will take away a new perspective on how to function with greater ease, calmness and inner stability
It will not be a classic lecture. A practical, exploratory and fun workshop awaits you with active involvement and space for self-awareness.
