The preparatory course for the professional examination of sports aerobics coach is a comprehensive educational program focused on the development of expertise and skills needed for effective training and competitions in sports aerobics. The course covers a wide range of topics, from orientation in sports education, through stimulation of motor skills, training of technical and acrobatic elements, choreography, psychological preparation, planning and management, to the application of rules and ethical principles of sport. Emphasis is also placed on safety, prevention of injuries, providing first aid and advice on a healthy lifestyle. The course prepares participants to obtain a professional qualification of sports aerobics coach, allowing them to lead training and competitions at a professional level.

The course is composed of several weekends: - 16 hours online, 22 hours theory, 20 hours of experience
