Prepare for the period after childbirth, breastfeeding and caring for a newborn with us.
Course certified in Prague, which consists of 2 meetings where you will receive quality information based on the current knowledge of science and medicine. The course represents the support of breastfeeding and the relationship bond between parents and child.
Our goal is to educate and guide women so that they can manage the period after childbirth more easily and better know how to deal with the challenges that come with the birth of a baby. The period after childbirth is unique but also challenging in its own way.
What will you learn on the course?
- what happens after childbirth in terms of early bonding and breastfeeding, skin-to-skin contact with the baby in a practical example
- how to manage the six-week period; changes to come; parenting
- women's mental and physical health, care for women and babies, father's role
- newborn care, practical tips for handling, changing diapers, bathing
- breastfeeding and the first days after birth, newborn sleep, practical practice of the position you can achieve, the best latch
- you will receive materials in written form
