Commented tour of the Old Lyceum and the Great Evangelical Church - two exceptional monuments in the heart of Bratislava, which reveal the stories of education, architecture and community.

The Old Lyceum, an important educational institution from the end of the 18th century, shaped personalities such as Ľudovít Štúr and Milan Rastislav Štefánik and today lives a new community life. How did it look and work in the past? What stories took place in its premises? And what new form did it take after the recent reconstruction and thanks to today's community activities?

The large evangelical church, built between 1774 and 1776, is unique in its simple exterior without a tower, but even more impressive in its interior - a monumental central space with galleries, exceptional acoustics and a rare roof structure that does not have a roof in Europe similar.

The guided tour will be conducted by Dagmar Gubová, lecturer of the Tourism Guide course.

The tour will begin in the Stary lyceum at Konventná 15 in the community cafe.
