If you feel like it and have time to meet, come chat and exchange AC therapy (Bars, Facelift, Kranio, possibly others)
There were phases and stages in my life when I thought and believed that I had the power to change anything and anyone (including yourself, thoughts, feelings, situations, people) in your life, to create it through visualization, quantification, positive thinking, working on yourself, and I must say that I succeeded for a while until it was exhausted and tired of trying to control, change and manage everything in its life.
Today I already know that neither the thought, emotion, feeling, situation nor people are the problem and although I still get drawn into the game of the mind many times and play its game with it and according to its rules, I know , that this is also a part of my already written story.
However, I no longer try to replace a bad thought, feeling, emotion or situation with a "good, positive" one, but I fully surrender myself to sadness, anger, hatred, fear and love and so I'll tell you that sometimes it's a nice rodeo 😂
Don't think about what you can't influence and don't even be afraid of it because you can't influence it, but that at all nothing. Everything is given 😘
