A practical course for women or couples themselves who are going to give birth.
Are you expecting a baby? You don't have time for long preparations, but do you want to be clear about what awaits you at birth? Would you like to prepare yourself and a partner for birth and postpartum period?
Come to our pre -natal crazy on Saturday 8th November to Jablíčkov in Malešice! You will learn what awaits you for reception and what in birth itself.
We will show what a partner can do for you during birth to feel confident and know what to do. It will be information and practical demonstrations charged day.
The course is suitable for couples and women themselves.
The course is led by experienced certified Dula Kateřina Černá, who goes to the birth itself and is devoted to pre -natal and postpartum care.
