In this workshop, we'll discuss what's going on "behind the feed", why we compare ourselves, why we can feel bad after scrolling social networks and why we feel like we're never enough. It's a space where you can (but don't have to) share, think and realize that many things online are not what they seem at first glance. At the end, you'll also take away concrete tips on how to set up your relationship with social networks in a way that supports your value - not they were reducing it.
