JUDr. Daniela Sokol has been practicing law since 2008. She provides legal services for citizens and companies. He mainly deals with commercial law, healthcare law, civil law, labor and family law. Its long-standing clients include smaller and larger medical facilities, individuals from third countries, as well as companies engaged in domestic and international freight transport. Each health care provider has legal obligations related to the operation health clinic in relation to patients, state and public administration bodies (VÚC, Office for Health Care Supervision, etc.), health insurance companies, the relevant chamber and last but not least, also to other providers. Violation of obligations may be subject to a sanction, depending on the type and severity of the violation.
Maintenance of health documentation is among the basic obligations of the provider. As part of the management of health documentation, we will focus on its content (a contract for the provision of health care, instruction and informed consent of the patient, medical history, discourse), the method of loading and storing records. 𝐶𝐡𝐫𝐧𝐮𝐭__:
- Theoretical and practical part of the training
- Space for solving specific problems from practice
- Snacks, joint dinner
- Networking
Capacity is limited so that there is enough space in each part of the seminar to answer questions or solve specific problems of each participant. The discussion may affect the duration of the seminar.
