About event
We cordially invite pregnant women and their partners to a practically focused workshop where we learn together:
- how to support the natural course of childbirth through pregnancy through pregnancy through body and psyche care,
birth,
- what techniques and forms of support can the partner actively use during childbirth (also work with reboza). But even a pleasant sense of relaxation, care and aware that you are not alone.

What do I need? For example, leggings and longer shirt/dress. You can also change on site.
Workshop is designed for couples. It can be either a partner or a close person.
If you want to come alone, let us know about it. We will try to provide colleagues who will be your temporary “care provider”. Let's start with a face massage :)
Contribution 6 € per person. It is paid on site in cash or transfer.
