Prague: Transmission - The Sound of Joy Division (UK) "45 years of Closer Tour 2025"

The British band Transmission - The Sound of Joy Division tries to imitate the atmosphere of a Joy Division concert and interpret the sound of one of the most inventive, suggestive and influential groups of their time. Joy Division formed in the late 1970s and broke up in 1980 following the suicide of lead singer Ian Curtis. The remaining members went on to form New Order and achieved many critical and commercial successes. However, Joy Division's influence on the entire music scene was far-reaching. They were considered a pioneering band of the post-punk movement of the late 1970s and early 1980s. Forty-four years on, you can relive the dark, cavernous sound of Joy Division with Transmission - The Sound of Joy Division, the UK's number one Joy Division tribute.
