JUDr. Daniela Sokol has been in law practice since 2008. It provides legal services for citizens and companies. He focuses mainly on commercial law, health, civil law, work and family law. Its long -time clients include smaller and larger medical facilities, natural persons from third countries, as well as companies dealing with national and international freight transport. For its corporate clients, he addresses comprehensive legal service from the preparation and analysis of commercial contracts, labor relations, representation in civil disputes, communication with public and state administration bodies.
Ing. Katarína Baculáková has been the area of human resources for more than 15 years, in companies that offer services. He has been working at the Petramed Clinic in Čadca for 10 years, where he is working on setting up processes in a wide area of HR for health professionals. The Council works with candidates in a selection interview and then adaptation to their corporate culture and job requirements. It is accompanied by the whole administrative agenda associated with the start of a new job. She started sharing her experience with the professional community for the last 2 years. In addition to various consultations and counseling, he also likes to participate in networking meetings that bring interesting entries not only to her, but also to other participants.
