💫 What is the workshop of intuitive dance?
Intuitive dance is for me a way of life 💛. Previously, I preferred more striking dance styles and followed their rules and steps. Now I feel it is time to free yourself from the rules and dance freely. And that is the intuitive single dance. You follow your body, your intuition and express your feelings. You dance your story.
Intuitive dance workshop is not an ordinary dance workshop. You will experience yourself during him. In the safe space I create for you, you can afford to be authentic, true and honest with yourself. You can let control and let your body flow in its rhythm. The workshop also includes an element of a female circle. At the beginning and end we share our feelings and experiences of dance as well as our moments. There is also no workshop work with cards.
The theme of the upcoming workshop is the realization and strengthening of your inner strength 🔥. You will see and experience that you are a beautiful strong woman who has the right to fulfill her wishes. You dance your strength and also the intention to be yourself, authentic. Stop! Workshop
