Do you also suffer from food intolerances? We invite you to a lecture combined with discussion and tasting.
We will learn:
- even with intolerances you can live a deliciously healthy and stress-free life
- which food combinations benefit you and which do not
- you will see that you are not alone in this - cases from practice
- practical tips on how to eat happily without restrictions
- you will taste simple foods with intolerances
Focused on gluten-free, lactose-free and histamine-free intolerance.
Need to register in advance by 3/20 at the MC
Entrance fee €6 per adult including a playroom for children.
