POP-UP WORKSHOP: Entropie-intelligente Organisationen gestalten.

A dialogue & co-creation format from theLivingCore & Yuniti Innovations.

In a world increasingly characterized by uncertainty, complexity and rapid Dynamics of change, classic organizational and spatial concepts reach their limits. Disorientation, loss of energy and silent dysfunction are symptoms of an entropic tipping moment - the state that organizations get into when structures solidify and the ability to change is lost.

“Designing entropy-intelligent organizations” is an experimental workshop for courageous thought leaders, transformation drivers, interior designers and organizational experts.

The format combines system-theoretical thinking with spatial and organizational design practice in order to develop new answers to central questions of the future:

How much order does innovation need? Which spaces promote emergent processes? How do we design structures that enable both stability and liveliness?

What awaits you:

• Scientifically based impulses on entropy as a principle in systems, organizations and spaces.
• Interactive exercises for designing spaces that do not prevent change, but rather
• Case studies and co-creation phasesin which physical and digital spatial models are developed for entropy-competent organizations.
• A systemic view of organizationsin which order is not maximized, but rather adaptability is enabled.

Why participate?

You Experience how uncertainty becomes a resource when you consciously design it - spatially and organizationally. You will learn how you can create creative spaces in your organization in which new forms of collaboration, innovation and self-organization can emerge.
