Start your Saturday with movement and a view! Join us for a complimentary 45-minute barre class on the lawn taught by Liberty P., set against the scenic backdrop of Ponzi Vineyard. After your workout, treat yourself to a refreshing flight and garden-inspired bites in the tasting room.

About Barre3

Strength, cardio, mindfulness — that’s the foundation of the barre3 signature class. No experience required—our workout is designed for every fitness level, from beginner to expert.Bring your workout buddy, or meet one there.

Please bring a yoga mat to class and arrive 15 minutes early. *Optional props: hand weights (2- 8lbs recommended)

Before class, if you have not been to a class with Barre3 Murrayhill, please sign our waiver so you don't need to worry about it day of.

Extend your morning in wine country after your Barre3 Murray Hill pop-up class with a refreshing tasting experience at Ponzi Vineyards.This Harvest Experience includes a curated flight of three seasonal wines and a mini-tour:

• 2022 Laurelwood Chardonnay

• 2022 Laurelwood Pinot Noir

• 2022 Mountain Home Pinot Noir

Each flight is paired with a garden-inspired tasting board featuring crisp vegetables, seasonal fruit, light protein bites, and house-made dip, designed by our chef to complement the wines and refresh post-workout.
