Pondělníci + Vráťa Hošek

Following the release of two new records, Pondelnící will also stop in Brno. This tour is as good as Marek Eben promises new "rocks" from the last album, but also proven anthems that the listeners already know. And, of course, there will also be the choral We'll all be happy, or It's all worth it. At least an hour and a half long set full of multi-genre "bizarre", inspired by Duo Yamaha, progressive metal and modern pop.

The new album unsurprisingly reflects the Czech mentality, combining everyday situations with puns and a Dadaist chain of nonsense. And although the topics are diverse, they are typically accompanied by a sarcastic outlook. The multi-genre album This album is as good as Marek Eben returns to the typically "Monday" musical madness, is full of sharp contrasts and deliberately combines the incompatible. The contrasting genres complement the short pseudo-metal songs that accompany the album and give it shape. Along the way you can meet indie-pop, funk, pub chanson and German schlager. All this with absurd lyrics.

Vráťa Hošek is a fast-rising new face of Czech parody folk. Author of light-hearted texts about serious topics, Dáda Patrasová meets Olga Hepnarová and Hermann Göring in his work. He would describe himself as "a singer-songwriter on the edge of history and law classes". "Clever" alcotexts with points from life and instructive songs with historical overlap. Melodies that listeners already know, with quirky humorous lyrics often from their own experiences.
