About event
In addition to Tuesday's Binding for Everyone workshops, which are intended for everyone, even complete beginners, you can also look forward to Advanced Thursdays. Compared to Tuesdays, they are intended for more advanced students, so read the required level carefully.
Do you know how to do this and want to avoid quite common shoulder pain when tied? Or do you plan to do more challenging hangs like gyaku ebi (goat), spins in the air or verticals like a running man? Come and learn how to handle the shoulders in the Takate kote chest binding.
At the workshop you will be able to try different methods and find out which one suits you best as a bound person. This way you will be able to instruct any future rigger. As a rigger, you will receive practical instructions on how to apply the knowledge and adapt it to the body type and flexibility of the vast majority of partners.
Advanced: The workshop is suitable for those who can tie any version of takate kote.
