The exhibition in the movement "Treasures"
The visually strong story of the Slovak "treasures" transformed into the original artistic fusion of traditional folklore and modern pop-culture. In the future? The professional body of the Poddukel artistic folk ensemble (PUĽS) and the successful Party project in the 21st century create the synthesis of two artistic worlds - visual and performance. This project offers more than a static exhibition - viewers are literally drawn into the storyline. The exhibition uses graphic animations and video projections that create an absorbing interactive environment. Authenticity in detailed costumes and unique contemporary facepainting with respect to the ornamentation of the regions show that the beauty and values of Slovak treasures are still up to date. One of the visually the strongest moments is the girls in the bunches literally "getting out of the frames of images". Through the emotions and experiences of our ancestors, who are preparing for the most extraordinary day of their lives, the viewer becomes part of their story. Movement, music and singing find penetrations between music and dance folklore and diverse modern genres. This contrast creates a dynamic and original experience that will appeal not only to folklore lovers, but also to younger generations. (future). It presents mainly the traditions and folklore of the Ruthenians, but also other regions of Slovakia, renovating it into a higher scenic form. He also has dances from neighboring countries in its repertoire. PUĽS is a unique body, which is visible on performances in which the spontaneous nature of the proud nature is combined with a refined sense of poetics.
