Pinocchio nel mondo

Inauguration of the Pinocchio exhibition in the world - Zahájení výstavy Pinocchio ve světě

Pinocchio in the world

There are stories that belong to a time and a place and there are stories that manage to speak to everyone, crossing generations, languages and borders. The Adventures of Pinocchio is certainly one of these.

For this reason we are particularly happy to share with you the exhibition Pinocchio in the world, dedicated to the puppet born from the imagination of Carlo Collodi who, for over 140 years, continues to awaken emotions and amazement, telling the story of the desire to grow, the mistakes they teach and the value of responsibility, friendship and generosity.

Produced in collaboration with the Carlo Collodi National Foundation and with the National Committee for the celebrations of the bicentenary of Carlo Collodi's birth, the exhibition will be open to visitors from 17 June to 17 September and will present, under the porticoes of the Institute, digital reproductions of 79 artist covers of The Adventures of Pinocchio, coming from 40 countries around the world.

An opportunity to discover how the story of the most famous puppet of literature has crossed languages, cultures and continents, becoming a heritage shared by generations of readers in every part of the world.

června do 17. září. The digital institute reproduces 79 autorských obálek knihy Pinocchiova dobrodružství ze 40 zemí světa.

Jedinečná příležitost poznat, jak příběh nejslavnějšího dřevěného chlapce literatury překročil hranice jazyků, kultur i kontinentů a stal se společným dědictvím generací čtenářů po celém světě.
