Pilates (nielen) pre seniorov

Come to exercise and strengthen your whole body. Regular classes will improve the mobility of your joints, reduce internal body fat, learn to breathe properly, relax your stiff muscles and bring you many other benefits.

Suitable for all age categories, men and women. We have available mats, expanders, overballs or yoga blocks and weights to increase the intensity of the exercise.

The course will be led by certified instructor Julka:
PortDeBras, MOVE academy,
trainer in fitness and bodybuilding 1st qualification level, 3rd college of stretching for trainers, Pilates instructor
