PIEŠŤANY - prednáška Pavla Baričák: Sebaúcta, sebaprijatie a ich dopad na šťastný život

Self-respect, self-acceptance, determination of one's own value and their impact on a happy life.

Pavel Hirax Baričák will talk about the models of "victim", "savior", "workaholic", "general", "perfectionist", etc., simply when you are trying hard, but you don't get love. When you want to prove your sense of self-determination through success, excessive emphasis on external beauty, you overeat or succumb to other bad habits. You live, you suffer, and at the same time you are trying hard to get the love you didn't get in your childhood.

The lecture will include a demonstration of the treatment of one or another limiting pattern of behavior through the alpha level (simple meditation) as well as an explanation of support for canceling a destructive pattern on a physical level.

Guest: Ján Marton (poet, novelist, lyricist and musician from Svit)
