With the installation ‘Evocation of Absent Landscapes’, Claudia Bosse continues her ‘haunted landscape/s’ project with theatercombinat at DAS WEISSE HAUS. The space is transformed into a sensory environment featuring video works and materials such as salt, mud, hair and wool.
Bosse opens up a ‘third space’ where human and non-human perspectives on landscape intersect. Visitors are invited to experience fractured, living and hybrid ecologies.
The installation will be activated throughout its duration through performances and interventions.
With “Voicing the Art”, Swedish artist and audio describer Louise Ahl responds to the installation by giving voice to its landscapes, drawing on both artistic practice and audio description for blind and visually impaired audiences.
