Paul Golden (midwifery, neonatology specialist, lawyer, mediator) will come to us in the Czech Republic and 21. 5. And the workshop in Prague will lead to safe and effective communication in crisis situations. What is needed to protect the rights of women and midwives and other professionals in birth care? Pay the following areas: regulation of midwifery, communication and mediation in birth care, legal protection of midwives and other caring professions, human rights, reproductive rights, professional rights, informed consent, presentation of medical law cases. We play model situations from the courtrooms, gaining experience in the area of ​​defense and indictment of individual cases and try the role of judges and observers.
