Dear fellow patients and loved ones, we cordially invite you to the PATIENT CONFERENCE
and the traditional Christmas party.
It will take place on December 6-7, 2025 in Martin, in Pension Ladoveň - Daniela Michaelliho 4, Martin.
Please register at the counseling office @ lyl.sk, tel. .0905 875 789 until 1 December 2025 (non-accommodated)
Accommodated participants register using the registration form below.
Send the registration fee of 5 euros/person to account number: SK47 8330 0000 0024 0168 6655
does not register, it will be used to cover the ordered
consumption. (deregistration of unaccommodated participants is possible until 1/12/2025. )
For participants of the Patient Conference and the Christmas party, accommodation in the Pension
Ladoveň for one night with breakfast will again be possible on 6-7/12/2025. (You can see the price list in the registration form).
