Otvorenie Literárnej kancelárie 📚

Literary office - a new place in Banská Bystrica, where books live 📚

In the premises of the former Artforum bookstore, we will open 📂 on July 16, 2026, a new office of the Literárna bašta publishing house, which will regularly open its doors to the public every Thursday ⏳ from the 16th to the 22nd as a 👀 showroom and pop-up bookstore with a curated selection 🔎 of high-quality fiction and non-fiction from of our affiliated publishing houses, but also as a place for literary events 🫂

The Literary Office will offer one-way trips 🚀 to the spheres of book culture. It will be a place where literature ✨ is created, presented and reflected - openly and directly ☝️ with authors and book professionals. 🗓️ We are already preparing a program for you for the second half of summer and autumn.

At the informal opening on July 16, in addition to good books, we will be serving 🍷 refreshing wine from Pukanac, 🍔 sandwiches from Grandma and 🍉 melons!

We are looking forward to the meetings! 🎯
