About event
Pictures from the life of Olga Havelová, which she did not choose herself, but which she proudly took as her own.
“What do you want from me? Why do you want to bring it up again? Are you waiting for an exhibition? A portrait of the times? Portrait of a heroine? Olga… The best friend for all times, regimes and seasons. I hate this. When people take themselves too seriously."
Images from the life of Olga Havel, which she did not choose herself, but which she proudly adopted as her own. Czech author Anna Saavedra has already written the second play within the resident program of the theater LETÍ. This time, he devotes his attention to the personality of Olga Havel, the former first lady of dissent and the first lady of this country. In 2016, Saavedra won the Czech Theater Critics Award for her in the Play of the Year category. Since its premiere, the production has become a hit at Divadla LETÍ, has achieved dozens of reruns and is still sold out.
We warn the audience that there is smoking in the performance, thank you for your understanding.
