About event
We don't have words as Olena described it, so we just quote: Music for me is not just sounds or words. It is the touch of the soul. It is an opportunity to talk about the most important thing where words are sometimes not enough.
The concert "Two colors" are Ukrainian songs about love in all its forms. About that love that is tender and painful, distant and close, lost and rediscovered. These songs are born from life — they carry joy, sadness, faith and memories. They are of different genres, but they are united by one thing — sincerity of feelings.
This project was created to unite people through music.
When Ukrainians come to a concert, they feel at least for a moment that they are at home. Because emigration, especially forced, is a great test. And the song heals. It stitches together the torn threads of the soul, reminds us who we are.
And for Slovaks, this concert is an encounter with the Ukrainian soul. Ukrainian song is not decorative or superficial. It is born from pain, faith, love and prayer. Through her, people experienced their joys and losses, their dreams and failures. That's why it's so true.
Also, this concert is for charity.
I sincerely believe that children should not suffer because of war. They are our future.
Entrance to the concert is free, the only condition is registration through the form, and everyone who comes can contribute to the fund that provides psychological help to children who lost their parents in the war.
Because together we can achieve a lot.
And if every song touches at least one heart, if a drop of warmth, kindness or hope rises in it — then it all makes sense.
