Whether the traditional bread dumplings (or depending on the region the potato dumplings) of the grandma, the vegan poke bowl in the lunch break or the homemade pasta norma-we are happy to eat and above all well! Our diet is deeply interwoven with tradition, enjoyment and culture, but it also has a major impact on the climate. How can both be combined?

Climate protection becomes more pressing, and at the same time we want to preserve our eating and enjoyment culture- without avoiding diversity and taste. The answer lies in a more conscious diet: regional and seasonal food, sustainable agriculture and responsible handling of meat are central levers for a climate -friendly diet. But the change does not even begin on our plates, but concerns the entire nutrition system - from the producer: inside to gastronomy.

Our guests show how respectful handling of food and creative alternatives can enrich our eating culture. Tradition and innovation are not mutually exclusive-they open up new ways for a sustainable and enjoyable future.
