Sample lesson of the evening school of holistic music therapy

Special meeting at the K3 studio in Prague
We invite you to a pleasant afternoon meeting dedicated to sound, relaxation, musical meditation and talking about swimming with wild dolphins in the Red Sea.
Each meeting lasts 90 minutes and consists of two parts:
16:00 – 16:45
Sample lesson of the Evening School of Holistic Music Therapy
Together we will immerse ourselves in the world of sound, vibrations and musical meditation.
We present to you the Evening School of Holistic Music Therapy, which will start from September 2026 in the K3 studio in Prague. A demonstration of working with healing musical instruments, voice and sound awaits you, which help calm the body, relax the mind and create space for a deeper perception of oneself.
You will try, for example:
Tibetan bowls
gongs
handpans
monochord
shaman drums
Indian pipes
chimes
rain pillars
and other instruments from the world of sound healing and music therapy.
16:45 – 17:30
Talking about swimming with wild dolphins
Red Sea • Sataya • 6 – 13 November 2026
Imagine that you are swimming with dozens of dolphins in the open sea.
In the silence, lightness and joy of moving together in water.
At the meeting we will tell you more about our November dolphin trip to the Sataya coral reef in the Red Sea, which a group of like-minded people experience together every year.
You will have the opportunity to:
ask anything
look at photos and videos from past expeditions
learn more about the program and atmosphere of the whole cruise
get a better idea of what such a stay is like brings

On Mondays from 18:00 you can also follow up with a joint musical meditation.
