Webinar “Defense against Handling”
Handling in everyday communication appears more often than we would expect, and can weaken our confidence and our judgment. Thanks to this webinar, you will learn to recognize manipulative techniques in personal and working relationships and build clear strategies to effectively resist them. (if time allows) recognition of specific manipulative techniques
discussion and participants' questions It focuses on working with owners, leaders and teams, accompanied and educated on their way to authenticity and authentic organizations (self -management). He graduated from a grammar school with a focus on computer science and natural sciences (secondary schools) and psychology at the Faculty of Arts of Comenius University in Bratislava. After school he taught in high school, and he also looked after the school in the administrative and planning point of view. In 2016, he co-founded an open game, a consulting and educational organization based on the principles of self-management, which aims to promote confidence, authenticity and cooperation in organizations and subsequently in society. In 2016-17 he contributed to the Dobrá School magazine. In 2020, he co -founded Open Academy - Dual Education Agency for Commercial Academy, which aims to develop young people and prepare them for the labor market of the future. In 2021, he co -founded the circle of authentic leaders, a group of owners and leaders who perceive themselves as ufoni among other companies, because they are not only emphasizing profit but also on their people and are aware that their companies are based on cooperation with their people. In 2022 he began to co -create podcast openly: where he focuses on authenticity, self -management and leadership.
His approach to work is eclectic and practical. In his work, he likes to interconnect his experience from business, trade, along with psychological knowledge and consultant-likor skills. His favorite topics include work with emotions, reading body language and sensitivity to the content of the words in communication. He has been training autogenous training, an effective parenting course, a hero's journey course and a tingling diving course.
