A word that chases me chills.
But I don't want to be manipulated. Sometimes completely unconsciously - if we want to achieve something, avoid conflict or get consent. Other times, when someone deliberately uses words, emotions or blame to get us where he wants.

Handling is not just about cruel games of power. Often comes gently - as "good advice" as "I just want to help you" as "you don't know what's good for you". And that is why it is so important to learn to recognize, understand and know to respond to it - without anger, without play, with respect to ourselves.
