Workshop for beginners!

Dive into the fascinating world of target search with your dog in!
In this course, your four-legged friend will learn to specifically find and display tiny objects using their individual smell - concentrated, calmly and with the highest precision.

Target object search (ZOS) is much more than just nose work: it is a brain teaser, teamwork and an ideal exercise model for dogs of all ages and breeds - from whirlwinds to sensitive animal protection dogs.
Even anxious or physically limited dogs will find a task here that challenges them mentally and their self-confidence strengthens.

We work via positive reinforcement and at the pace of each individual dog-human team. Step by step, you will build up the search work together with your dog:

• Smell discrimination
• Specifically displaying the object found
• Working calmly, concentratedly even under distractions
• Team communication and trust

The target object search not only trains your dog's nose, but also your powers of observation: You learn to read and listen to your dog's smallest body language signals interpret. This way you grow even closer together as a team.

Independent practice between the individual appointments is required!
