Newly in Prague, in Morán, in the beautiful and safe space of Sólás Holistic Studio, just a short distance from the Palackého náměstí subway, I dare to invite you into myself, into silence, into meditation and then, with the sound of frequency instruments and a temple gong, perhaps even further, into our essence , where everything intertwines and merges into unity and takes place in the inner temple of our body.
Come to stop, relax and put aside all thoughts and worries.
You will experience a different approach to meditation. You tune into your center. Together we will connect with the sacred plane beyond the boundaries of ordinary perception of the world. Through the healing frequencies and sounds of the temple gong and other gentle instruments, we will open the heart and the pathways to healing the body.
