Our New Year School in Berlin offers you a fascinating self -exploration trip and helps you to initiate important and profound changes in your life! School?

The psychologist and psychotherapist Maike Engel and coach and trainer Christine Kewitz accompany you to find answers to crucial questions: Who am I really? Who would I want to be? Which values ​​are important to me? Where is still undiscovered potential that waits to be realized? What do I want to use this life for?

in stimulating exercises, finding reflections and in enriching exchange with other participants you will find out what exactly you want to change in your life. Perhaps you want to finally put hidden talents in the foreground or long for intensive and more fulfilling relationships. Perhaps you want to let go of something that is not good for you, or finally put a meaningful project into action that you have had in mind for a long time.

At New Year School, you not only find clarity about what should change, but also opens up realistic ways to achieve these goals. Supported by our experienced trainers and inspired by the other participants you become aware of your potential and resources and get to know strategies to better overcome external and inner resistance - such as doubts, insecurity and restrictive beliefs. You can recognize better and thus gain orientation and clarity.

In a protected framework, you can trust yourself with your own inside and - if you like - benefit from the diverse perspectives from the group. However, there is also room for withdrawal and a lot of self -reflection. In order to ensure intensive support and individual support, both lecturers are present at any time. We work with carefully selected and proven methods from therapy and coaching and carefully guide you through the 4 days.
