What does good leadership mean in a working world that is changing ever faster? The demands on managers have become more complex: It is no longer just about achieving goals, but about creating a culture that promotes collaboration, empowers people and enables innovation. In this workshop you will learn the basics of New Leadership and develop the skills you need to be successful as a manager in a modern working world.

Why New Leadership?

Employees today expect more from their managers: They not only want to complete tasks, but also be seen, heard and supported. Sustainable motivation arises when managers give their team orientation and autonomy, create psychological safety and establish a strong culture of trust. This workshop will show you how to meet these expectations - and clearly define your personal leadership role.

Leadership begins with attitude

Methods and tools are important, but they only work if they are supported by a clear attitude. In the workshop you will reflect on what good leadership means to you and learn how to authentically express this attitude in your team. With practical exercises and a look at cultural and structural dynamics, you will gain clarity about your leadership style and the influence you can have on the culture of your team and your organization.
