You want this Start the new year consciously and do something good for yourself?

Our Taiji New Year offer includes an introductory workshop and a 6-week trial period. It gives you the perfect opportunity to develop new habits, perceive your body in a new way and find your way into a sustainable movement and mindfulness practice.

You get started with a 2-hour kick-off workshop on Sunday, January 11th. Here you will get to know us and other Taiji newcomers, we will give you some orientation and get started with the initial basics of our Taiji practice in a relaxed manner. Afterwards you can come to all of our courses for a period of 6 weeks and really immerse yourself in the world of Chen-style Taijiquan.

What to expect

• 6 weeks full of possibilities: attend all courses, try out different formats and find out what suits you.

• 2-hour kick-off workshop: an inspiring start with introduction, practice and space for Exchange.

• Strengthen mindfulness & body awareness: develop routines that have a lasting positive influence on your year.

• Experience community: get to know people who - just like you - want to start the new year with clarity and good energy.

Who is the offer for?

For everyone who is curious to get to know Taiji, wants to get back into action or starts their year with a conscious impulse want to - regardless of previous experience or fitness level.

What does trial period mean?

During this time you can attend all regular weekly courses until the end of February. You can find our course schedule here.

So that the workshop can take place in a good group dynamic, we plan with a minimum number of four participants.
