Lecturer:
🕉 Ján Košiar
Ján was born in Bratislava, where he studied geography, cartography and public administration at Comenius University.
Later he traveled and spent a long time in Asia, especially in India and Nepal, where he completed a yoga instructor training course. Traveling, mountains and yoga fill him up to now.
He accompanies people twice a year to the Himalayas in Nepal, where he organizes expeditions to the mountains associated with yoga and the practice of breathing techniques. He works with local Sherpa guides under the Treksfinder brand. His passion: nature, mountains, yoga he likes to combine and offers on his stays, tours and excursions in the Slovak mountains and around Myjavské kopanice, where he currently lives.
