About event
🔺 The BalCan CrossOver project continues at Art with screenings of interesting films from the contemporary cinematography of the Western Balkan countries!
🔺This time we have prepared for you the film THE HAPPIEST MAN IN THE WORLD, a powerful drama from an unusual Sarajevo speed-dating.
🎞️ Single forty-year-old Asja still hopes that family happiness awaits her. In an effort to meet him, she sets out to find the right partner for a peculiar speed-dating in a Sarajevo hotel. Here she meets Zoran, who at first seems quite promising. However, it soon becomes clear that the promising-looking man is not looking for love, but forgiveness. The story of unprocessed war traumas masterfully interweaves comedic and dramatic situations leading to a surprisingly deep catharsis.
🪧Bosnian version + Czech and English subtitles
