About event
We cordially invite you to the Albrecht House for the first cycle concert (not) known music 2025! BR/> Veronika Kubešová - Viola
Pavol Mucha - Violončelo
🎼 Program: Ludwig van Beethoven (1770-1827)
🎻 String Quartet no. 1 f dur, op. 18/1
🎻 String Quartet no. 11 F MOL, op. 95 "Serioso"
🎻 String Quartet no. 16 f dur, op. 135
ℹ️ Ludwig van Beethoven - spectacular, aristocratic, cloudy, stormy. He was the top composer of the music of Vienna Classicism and a model for many after him. To this day, we consider it one of the first free artists to be dependent on the financial support of cultural patrons. He composed 16 string quartet. String Quartet no. 1 f dur, op. 18/1 (1800) donated Prince Joseph Franz von Lobkowitz. It is an early, fresh work, full of surprising accents and virtuoso passages of the first violins. The melancholic second part was reportedly inspired by Shakespeare's work Romao and Juliet. String Quartet no. 11 F MOL, op. 95 "Serioso" (1810) dedicated to Mikuláš Záškal, belongs to the quartet of the author's middle compositional period. There is a stormy nature, which is based on the gloomy reality (hearing loss, alienation, misfortune in love, Napoleon bombards Vienna) and the part of the apotheosis of being fully expressed by the Jasizing Joyful Conclusion of the song. String Quartet no. 16 f dur, op. 135 (1826) is Beethoven's last quartet. It is the shortest and paradoxically the most radical of its late quartet. The fourth - the final part bears the subtitle "difficult decision" and its main musical motifs are initially supported by the philosophical question "must it be?" And the answer "It must be!" As if cope with the reality of the approaching end. /3 € students, pensioners/children under 15 free
