Gastrolove Nitra 2026 is coming to the Nitra Synagogue on May 8.
The second year of the all-day event for people from gastronomy and hospitality awaits you, which will bring together chefs, winemakers, hoteliers, producers and people from practice.
The topics will be precise and current: modern gastronomy, Slow Food, local ingredients, wine from the Nitra region, hotel operations, AI in gastronomy and sustainability.
For example, Roman Borovský, Pavol Sekerka, Petra Molnárová, Silvia Horecká, Dávid Stohl, Igor Gondár or Karol Stýblo will perform in the program.
The ticket includes a full-day professional program, coffee breaks, lunch, wine tasting and networking.
